Ian V. Buksunski joined Kostelanetz LLP in 2022 after working as an associate at Morrison & Foerster where he represented individuals, corporate clients, and financial institutions in complex commercial disputes, government investigations, and antitrust regulatory actions.
Ian received his J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a Hamilton Fellow, James Kent Scholar, Senior Executive Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law, and was awarded Dean’s Honors in Evidence. He also served as the co-president of the Columbia Education Law and Policy Society and as a research assistant to Professor James Liebman.
Ian received his B.A. with honors from Vassar College in 2015, where he was a Ford Scholars Researcher.
