On October 20, 2021, K&F, led by Destiny Reese, co-hosts a program entitled “Tax Law and Racial Justice." This program is hosted in partnership with the Morehouse-Spelman Pre-Law Society and aims to examine, with students at the historically Black institutions of Spelman College and Morehouse College, the racial biases embedded in the United States tax system. It will also encourage students to consider careers in tax law as opportunities to achieve racial justice.
The program includes a presentation by K&F attorneys
Megan L. Brackney,
Caroline D. Ciraolo,
Daniel Davidson,
Zenia Memon, and
Robert Russell.
