Don Fort participates in a discussion titled "Leading Successfully Through Self-Awareness and Ownership" at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center ("FLETC") Leadership Academy. During his presentation, Fort discusses the importance of self-awareness, self-accountability and self-responsibility, and the pitfalls and challenges that managers at all levels can minimize and overcome through leader ownership. The Leadership Academy takes place from 1:00 - 3:00 pm EDT on Thursday, June 24, 2021, and is a free event open to sworn law enforcement officials and agents.
