Panel Description: With the increasing threat of Government enforcement, data leaks, and whistleblower complaints, companies need an established and effective protocol for investigating alleged violations of local or international laws. Particularly when dealing with potential tax violations, the failure to conduct a thorough and careful internal investigation can result in substantial monetary and other penalties and personal exposure for individuals involved.
